Great gravy to top anything vegan! Great gravy to top anything vegan!

Ingredients

    1 cup veggie broth
    2 TB miso
    1 TB tahini
    2 TB parsley
    1 TB cornstarch mixed in half cup cold water (slurry)

Directions

Heat veggie broth to boiling, mix in miso and tahini until smooth. Stir constantly while you stir in cornstarch slurry until thickened. Toss in finely chopped parsley.
