    Frozen hashed brown potatoes - 2lb. bag
    Sour cream, fat free - 1 pint
    Cream of chicken soup - 1 can
    Shredded cheese, colby or cheddar - 2 cups
    Butter, melted - 1/2 cup
    Onion, raw or dried - 2 tbsp.


Preheat oven to 350. Melt butter and mix all ingredients together. Transfer to greased 13x9 baking dish. Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, or until golden brown on top. Makes 6-8 servings.
