Ingredients

    1 Old ElPaso 8inch Tortilla
    1 slice Kraft 2% cheese single
    2 Large eggs
    2Tbsp Salsa
    1tsp dried Parsley flakes
    1tsp hot sauce (optional)
    1tbld 1/2% milk (optional)

Tips

**tip- you may want to reserve a little egg mixture to eat separately. This mixture is a bit too much for one tortilla. If you can afford the calories you may want to consider adding a second tortilla.


Directions

Wisk eggs, parsley (hot sauce and a tbsp milk or water) in a bowl. Add mixture to a hot omelet pan over medium heat. Cook eggs however you like them, I prefer them scrambled.

Once the eggs are almost completely set, add salsa and cheese. Remove from heat and continue to stir until cheese is melted. Meanwhile heat your tortilla on the oven to desired temperature, or in the microwave for 30 seconds.

Pour egg mixture over tortilla.
