Introduction

Ingredients

    1/2 c chopped green pepper
    1/2 c chopped onion
    3 tsp minced garlic
    3 c cooked brown rice
    1.5 c salsa
    16 oz (or 1 can) red kidney beans
    1 packet taco seasoning
    2 BLSL chicken breasts, cooked & shredded
    1 small (4oz) can tomato sauce

Directions

Saute green pepper, onion, and garlic in olive oil until onion is translucent. Add the rest of the ingredients and simmer until heated thru.
