Ingredients

    3 large, ripe, bananas
    2 cups whole wheat flour
    dash of salt
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Spray loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray
In a large bowl, mash bananas until smooth
Add applesauce and vanilla extract - mix
Add baking powder, salt, and spices - mix
Add flour - stir to combine
Pour batter in pan
Bake for 40 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
