Ingredients

    1 cup wheat germ
    1 cup oat bran
    1 cup all purpose flour
    4 tbsp buttermilk blend powder
    1.5 tsp baking powder
    1.5 tsp baking soda
    1/2 tsp salt
    2 eggs
    2 tbsp canola oil (plus 1 tbsp for griddle)
    about 1.5 cups water, as needed.

Tips

You can use buttermilk or sour milk instead of the powder.
