Ingredients

    4 Tilapia 4oz fillets
    2 Tbsp Butter
    1 Tbsp Thyme
    2 Tbsp Minced Garlic

Directions

To Prep:
Wash and cleanse fish fillets

In a medium saucepan melt the 2 tablespoons of butter, on medium heat. Coat entire pan. Add Tilapia fillets to pan, add a dash of salt & pepper & the thyme. Cook on each side for 3 minutes. After fish has cooked on both sides add the 2 table spoons of garlic. Turn on low and cover saucepan. Cook for an additional 3 minutes on low. Serve with your favorite steamed veggies for a delicious, quick and healthy meal
