Ingredients

20 large raw shrimp (Peeled and deveined, tails off)
1 cup Panko bread crumbs (any Japanese style bread crumbs will work)
1 cup 2% milk (can use other milk types, whatever you have in your fridge)
    1 Egg
    Salt (to taste)
    Pepper (to taste)
1/2 cup Italian Style Bread Crumbs

Tips

*The larger the shrimp, the more time your shrimp will need to cook in the oven*
* I usually serve this with a nice Alfredo pasta, and place the shrimp on top of the pasta*

Directions

In a mixing bowl add milk and egg, mix together. Add a dash of salt and pepper and set aside.

In another mixing bowl, add Panko and Italian Style Bread crumbs, mix together. Add a dash of salt and pepper.

Prepare a cookie sheet or baking tray with a wire rack on top of it, and place your egg mixture, and your Panko mixture and your baking tray all in the same area.

Simply dip the shrimp in the milk/egg mixture make sure piece of shrimp is fully coated with wet mixture, then place the shrimp in the Panko/Bread crumb mixture, press down on each piece of shrimp making sure Panko/Bread Crumbs are fully covering each piece of shrimp. Place each piece of shrimp on the rack, and bake in the oven at 350 degrees, for around 10-15 minutes. *The size of your shrimp will alter your cooking time, the larger the shrimp the more time they will need in the oven*

Once they are pink and the bread crumbs are nice and golden brown they are done. Serve with your favorite vegetable, or your favorite pasta! ENJOY!!!

Serving Size: Makes 4 servings, 5 peices of shrimp each.

    Incredible!
I baked these in 2 batches and I liked the crunchiness of the second batch a little better. I baked them at 425 for 13 minutes. Great thing to mix the panko and the Italian crumbs, great flavor - 4/23/21
