Ingredients

    1/2 block Firm Tofu
    2 egg whites
    100 grams Yogurt (Used 1 silhoutte 35 cal/ cappuccino flavour)
    2 tsp vanilla extract
    1 scoop Whey Vanilla Protein Powder (can use cocoa flavour)
    1/2 cup Flax Meal
    1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup splenda sugar substitute for baking
    1 tsp baking powder
    1 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1/4 cup chopped walnuts

Tips

you can add a creamcheese or cool whipped frosting if desired. this is not included in Nutritional information.


Directions

in a blender mix tofu, eggs, yogurt and vanilla. Blend until tofu is completely disolved in the mix. with a mixer whip all dry ingredients. Add wet mix from blender and mix well, fold in the wallnuts. Spray oil in a bakin pan so it does not stick. Pour batter in a small cake pan (8x8) and bake at 350C for 35 minutes.
