Ingredients

    Quinoa, cooked, 1 cup
    Beans, black, 1
    Carrots, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped
    Celery, raw, 2 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long)
    Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped
    Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices
    Garlic, 4 clove
    Kraft Barbecue Sauce Original
    Soy Flour, 3 tbsp
    Flax Seed Meal (ground flax), 1 tbsp
    *Soy Sauce, 2 tbsp

Tips

Flour choice is flexible, just need a few tablespoons to help bind, you can use regular flour, or rice, soy, or chickpea flour for gluten free.
Ketchup may be substituted for Bbq sauce.
Flavouring is flexible. Try adding worchestire sauce or liquid smoke, salt and pepper to taste.


Directions

Drain and rinse black beans, then transfer to large mixing bowl and mash. Add remaining ingredients. Press into greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees 45 minutes to 1 hour.
