Introduction

Great on toast, poundcake or as a glaze! Great on toast, poundcake or as a glaze!

Ingredients

    2 cups mashed strawberries
    1 cup white sugar
    1 small envelope package of Ball fruit Pectin

Directions

mash strawberries and place in large pot, slowly bring to a boil while adding in pectin. once at a boil you cannot stir down, add all of sugar at once. let sugar dissolve and bring make to a boil you can not stir down for 1 min. remove from heat and place in containers.

Serving Size: makes 3 half pint jars or approx 40 servings
