Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground turkey
    1 can (28 oz) diced tomoates undrained
    1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
    1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
    1 can (15 oz) black beans
    1 can (8 oz) tomato sauce
    1 can (4 oz) diced mild green chilies
    1 to 2 tablespoons chili powder

Tips

I used Bush's brand on all beans and used chili beans instead of kidneys...they have seasoning on them. I don't think the chili needs to cook on high 4-6 hours...maybe low for that long...high should take half the time.


Directions

Cook and stir turkey in medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat until turkey is no longer pink. Drain and discard fat. Transfer to Crock-Pot slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients; mix well. cover; cook on HIGH 4 - 6 hours
