    Penn Maid Plain Yogurt, 1 cup
    Honey Tree Sugar Free Honey, 1 tbsp
    Smucker's Reduced Fat Peanut Butter, Creamy, 2 tbsp
    Cinnamon, ground - 2 tbsp

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve with sliced apples, bananas or any fruit.

    Very good. A little too much cinnamon for me (and I LOVE cinnamon), so I will cut back on that next time. - 11/2/09

    The calorie count for this is WAY off from what I got, nearly triple the calories! Anyway, I use 1 c FF vanilla yogurt, 1 Tbsp peanut butter and just eat it like its pudding. For nights when I want something "bad" I add in 1 T chocolate chips or some baking cocoa and its still nearly healthy! - 5/13/08
