Clean Eating Basic version of granola bars. Clean Eating Basic version of granola bars.

Ingredients

    1 cup honey
    1/2 cup apple sauce, unsweetened
    1 tbsp cinnamon

    4 Cup oats
    1 cup sunflower seeds
    1 tbsp flax seeds
    1/4 cup sesame seeds
    0,7 cup walnuts

Tips

the 32 servings are because I spread the stuff too thin, if you make regular bars you will have probably 16 servings.


Directions

heat honey, apple sauce and cinnamon

mix the rest of the ingredients

mix both and spread firmly on baking sheet, bake at 110 degrees celcius for about an hour, until oats are golden. let cool and slice
