Ingredients

    3/4 cup Kraft Fat Free Mayo
    1/4 cup Kraft Regular (Full Fat) Mayo
    2 tbsp green onion tops chopped fine
    1 clove garlic minced fine
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/3 cup red wine vinegar
    1/2 cup chopped crisp bacon, fat drained

Directions

Serving Size: 4 tbsp

crisp cook the bacon in the microwave, or oven. Drain well on paper towels.

combine all ingredients except bacon in food processor and blend until onion and garlic is finely minced and incorporated. Taste for salt/pepper; reseason if necessary.

crumble bacon into mixture and pulse to desired size bits.

keep refridgerated. This dressing is good on green salads; also very good on potato salad.
