Number of Servings: 6


    2 Large Chicken Breasts, cooked and shredded or cubed.
    2 cups diced/sliced bell pepper mixed
    1 cup diced/sliced onion
    1 cup (container) Philadelphia Cooking Creme
    4 cups cooked bowtie pasta (half box)
    Fajita Seasoning (chile powder, paprika, cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, salt) to taste.

    Mix fajita seasoning in with the cooking creme (or use the Santa Fe flavored). Boil the peppers and onion with the pasta. Then mix everything together, serves 6 (about 1.5 cup serving).


I cook the chicken in the crockpot for easy shredding.


Serving Size: Makes approx. 6 1.5-cup servings.
