    crab meat, 200 g
    onions, 1 medium
    garlic, 6 cloves
    corn kernels, 100 g
    carrots, 150 g
    green peas, 1 small can

    oil
    salt
    pepper
    herbs

you can add beaten eggs to make it into a fritata.


Directions

cube carrots, set aside.

sautee onions and garlic, add herbs, add crabs til brown

add carrots mix until a bit soft
add the rest of the ingredients

add herbs, adjust taste

serve warm.
