Introduction

Ingredients

    1 Cup - Almond Milk - Unsweetened Vanilla
    1/4 Cup Unsweetened Greek Yogurt - 2% or 0% Fat (calculated w/ 2%)
    1 Scoop Protein Powder - Low Fat & Low Carb
    1 - 2 tsp Splenda - Add to taste and sweetness of Strawberries
    5 Large Fresh Strawberries
    5-7 Ice Cubes

Tips

Substitute fruits to your liking. Nutrition will change with any substitution.


Directions

Blend all ingredients in blender until desired consistency. Enjoy!
