Ingredients

    1/4 Cup- Greek plain yogurt
    2 teaspoons- white vinegar
    1 teaspoon- fresh dill or 1/4 teaspoon dried dill
    1/2 - 1- thinly sliced cucumber
    1/3 - 1/2 thinly sliced and chopped red onion
    1/2 cup- chopped plum tomato
    5oz- cooked shredded or diced chicken or turkey

Tips

recipe also called for 1/2 teaspoon of sugar, I left it out as I don't think it added that much to the taste and we certainly don't need more sugar in our diet.


Directions

in a medium bowl combine yogurt, vinegar, dill. Add cucumber, red onion and tomato. mix in poultry & toss gently to coat.

Serving Size: about 5- 3oz servings
