    Apples, fresh, 1 medium
    Apples, fresh, 1 large
    Walnuts, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Pecans, 1/4 cup, chopped
    Grapes, 12 grape, seedless
    Oranges, 1 large
    *Raisins, golden seedless, 1/4 cup, packed
    2% Cottage cheese, 6 oz.


Serving Size: Makes 6 1- cup servings
Chop all fruit to bite size pieces chill with air tight cover.
Serve with 1 tblsp. cottage cheese per 1 cup of fruit.
