Introduction

Ingredients

    15 oz white canned tuna in water, drained
    1 cup white beans
    1 cup green pepper
    1 cup yellow pepper
    4 tablespoons green onions. chopped
    1/8 cup lemon juice
    3 tablespoons lemon zest

Tips

You can substitute any type of peppers you would like for this recipe. Also, in the P90X cookbook it says to add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. I personally find that it doesn't need it, but if you want the olive oil, go for it (note: nutrition info was calculated without oil)


Directions

Just mix everything together and eat up!
