Introduction

Ingredients

    1 can Cannellini White Kidney Beans
    6 oz. Plain Greek Yogurt
    2 tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    2 cloves Garlic, crushed in garlic press.
    1/2 tbsp. Paprika
    .25 tbsp. Lemongrass

Tips

Could use chili powder, or cumin instead of paprika to get whatever flavor you prefer.
Could use lemon juice instead of lemongrass. I use the lemongrass that comes in a tube. very convenient.


Directions

Drain Beans and rinse.
Put all ingredients in a bowl and use immersion blender to blend. Or use food processor.
Refrigerate.


Serving Size: Makes about 4 servings
