Ingredients

    3 cups uncooked Whole wheat Spirals
    6 strips bacon, cut into pieces
    1 lb. Ground beef
    1 (10 oz.) can Tomato soup
    1/2 cup bbq sauce
    1 onion, chopped in large pieces
    4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Directions

Preheat oven to 325. Grease a 9x13" baking dish.
Cook pasta according to directions; set aside
Cook bacon until crispy, drain, set aside
Brown beef, drain, add onion, and cook until onion is tender.
Add to pasta. Stir in soup and bbq sauce.
Pour into prepared dish and bake for 20-30 minutes, or until heated through.
Sprinkle with cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted.
Makes 8 (1 cup) servings
Can omit bbq sauce----use whatever cheese sounds good to you.
