Ingredients

    Egg white, 1 serving
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Ham, extra lean, (5% fat), 0.25 cup, diced
    *Cheese, Kraft Mexican Style Taco Cheese, 0.15 cup
    Onions, raw, 1 tbsp chopped

Directions

Beat eggs, pour onto hot skillet, add diced ham, cheese and onions. Let cook, flip side over, and turn over.
Enjoy.
