    3/4 cup rice
    2 cans of cream of chicken, mushroom, or celery soup
    1 can of water
    4 skinless, boneless, chicken breasts
    1/2 pkg Liption Onion Soup Mix

    Butter a 9x13 pan; sprinkle with uncooked rice. Combine both cans of soup and 1 can of water; pour over the rice. Lay chicken on top of the soup and rice. Sprinkle with onion soup mix. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 2 hours.

    Very Good
    Very good & easy recipe. I did add broccoli to the recipe & used the whole package of onion soup. My 17 year old son loved it! - 11/30/12
