Ingredients

    1 package lite silken firm tofu
    2 1/2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
    1 1/2 tbsp sucanat
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/4 tsp dry mustard (spice)
    1 tsp nusalt (for lower-sodium version)
    3/4 cup One-Carb Ketchup (no sugar added)
    3/4 cup sugar free sweet relish


Directions

Combine all ingredients EXCEPT ketchup and relish in food processor and blend until smooth. Once it's "creamy" pour into bowl and stir in ketchup and relish. Store in refrigerator, serve cold. Keeps for about 1 week.
