Ingredients

    6 chicken tenders
    1/4 egg substitute
    1/4 cup seasoned bread crumbs
    1/4 parmesan cheese
    6 Tbsp Prego
    1/4 cup Italian shredded cheese

Directions

Combine bread crumbs & parmesan cheese in bowl. Dip tenders in egg substitute then coat with breadcrumbs & parmesan cheese mixture. Brown in pan using small amount of olive oil spray. Cook until done. Add 1 tablespoon Prego over each tender then sprinkle the shredded cheese over them all. Serve

    These were great! My son is a picky eater and he even loved them. Thank you for sharing your recipe. We did not use the Prego or extra shredded cheese, just the strips. - 10/22/08
