Ingredients

    Small Sea Shell Pasta (1/2 cup dry), 8 serving cooked and cooled
    Black Olives, 10 sliced
    Celery,1 large stalk diced
    Red Bell Pepper 1/4 of a large pepper, diced
    Raw White Onion 1/2 med. onion
    Kraft Light Miracle Whip Light Dressing, 6 tbsp Mayonaise, 6 tbsp
    2 Eggs, hard boiled
    Claussen Sweet Pickle Relish, 1 tbsp
    onion powder, 1 tsp
    Garlic Powder, 1 tsp
    Milk, nonfat, .25 cup
    pepper to taste

Tips

All light salad dressing may be substituted for the MW and mayo. I was making this for my husband as well as myself and he does not like Miracle Whip.


Directions

Boil pasta and eggs. Let both cool. Mix mayo, salad dressing, diced onion, diced pepper, sliced olives, onion powder, garlic powder, milk, relish and pepper in a large bowl. Dice eggs and add eggs and well drained pasta. Stir gently. Let cool 1 hour in refrigerator.

Serving Size: Makes approx 8 1/2 cup servings
