Ingredients

*No Yolk Broad Noodles, 7 oz
*Spinach, fresh, 5 oz.
*Carrots, raw, 1 lb cut
*Mushrooms, fresh, 2 cup, pieces or slices
*Cooked Chicken Breast (Shredded), no skin, 8 ounces
*Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free (Low Sodium), 2-47.5oz cans
Tips
I make this soup ahead of time for my lunches for 2 weeks. Will keep in fridge for 2 weeks. Feel free to add any other vegetables to your liking.
Directions
1) Cook chicken in skillet and wait to cool before shredding. Set aside.
2) Pour broth into super large pot and bring to a boil.
3) Add all ingredients and cook for 12 minutes or until noodles are cooked to liking.
4) Serve.
