Introduction

A simple side dish that's sure to delight even the most ardent cauliflower haters! A simple side dish that's sure to delight even the most ardent cauliflower haters!

Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
    8 large garlic cloves, peeled and slightly smashed
    2 tsp. fresh chopped rosemary
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    olive oil spray

Directions

Spray a large baking dish with olive oil spray. Arrange cauliflower in a single layer and spray liberally with olive oil. Turn and spray again. Sprinkle remaining ingredients over cauliflower and stir slightly.


Roast in preheated oven at 425 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Stir, and return to oven. Roast an additional 10-20 miinutes, till cauliflower is tender and beginning to turn brown.
