Number of Servings: 4


    Combine the following dry ingredients in a small dish and set aside:

    1/4 t cayenne pepper
    1/8 t black pepper
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t crushed red pepper (see note)
    1/2 t thyme
    1/2 t oregano
    1 t basil
    1/3 c butter
    2 cloves garlic
    1 t worschester sauce
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 lb shrimp (peeled)


Great over rice or noodles (not in nutritional count).


Use a large skillet over medium high heat.
1.. Combine butter, garlic and worschester and add to skillet.
2. Add tomatoes and dry ingredients when butter is melted and garlic is sizzling.
3. Add shrimp. Bring to a boil.
4. It is ready when shrimp is pink.

NOTE: The crushed red pepper can be too spicy so it can be cut down or omitted.
