Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    1 medium Onions
    3 Green Onions
    2 medium Carrots
    2 small Sweet potato
    1 medium Turnip
    1 Parsnip
    1 cup Asparagus, in pieces
    2 cups water
    2 tbsp unsalted butter
    1 tbsp Sage, ground
    1/2 tbsp ground Salt
    1 tbsp Black Pepper

Tips

Stir before serving.

You can use broth instead of water, I would remove the butter then.


Directions

Clean and prepare the veggies. Cut into cubes or slice.
Put all in a 3 qt crock pot.
Add spices. Place butter on top.
Add enough water to almost an inch from top.
Cover and cook on low for 8 hours
