Introduction

Ingredients

    1 LB Ground Turkey
    1 c. old fashioned oatmeal
    The veggies in this are at your discretion. I use 3 peppers of varying colors(chopped but not small), celery (maybe one cup), mushrooms (one cup),
    2 eggs
    The seasoning also can vary. I Like a bit of cumin, salt, pepper, italian seasoning, nothing is wrong in this recipe.

    Mix all thr ingredients together and either use a cupcake pan or a cookie sheet. if using a cookie sheet, the "mounds" should be smaller than a baseball, and when on the sheet, mash them down just a bit. Almost like a slider.

    Cook for 20-25 mins till done and enjoy.

    Note: If you do keep your veggies on the bigger side, these "mounds" tend to fall apart, you can use more oatmeal to help keep them together.

Directions

place in cupcake pan or on cookie sheet in mounds. cook for 25 minutes or until done. Enjoy.
