Ingredients

    1 Green Bell Pepper, sliced
    2 lg. onions, sliced
    2 - 4 oz cans of mushroom stems and pieces
    1 can (6 oz) of water chestnuts
    1 can (16 oz) of bean sprouts
    12 - 16 oz round steak (or other)
    2 16 oz. bags of frozen sugar snap stir fry
    1 or 2 tbsp of corn starch
    Soy Sauce to taste

Directions

Cut steak into 1 inch cubes, slice onions and peppers
Stir Fry onions and peppers in Pam Butter Spray or comprable until vegetables are almost soft
Add steak, cook until chicken and vegetables are cooked through.
Add all ingredients except corn starch and soy sauce. Cook until well heated through.
Form a well in the middle of the vegetable/meat combination. Mix cornstarch with water and soy sauce. Pour into the well you've made in the veg/meat combination and stir in until cornstarch mixture thickens.
Serve over brown rice.
