    Old Fashioned Oats, 3 cups
    Almond Butter, 1/3 cup
    Ocean Spray, Craisins Original Sweetened Dried 1/3 cup Cranberries 1/3 cup
    Walnuts, 1 cup, chopped
    Honey, 1/3 cup
    Orange Juice, 1 cup
    Nutmeg, ground, 1 tsp
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    egg white, fresh, 3 large
    *Diamond Kosher Salt (.5 tsp)
    Banana, fresh, 1 medium


Mix all ingredients together. 8x8 pan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Bake at 350 for 35-40 minutes.

** Spray pan with non-stick spray then line with parchment paper if you are concerned about sticking. :-)
