Ingredients

    12 oz. Salmon
    2 Tbsp Olive Oil
    1 Tbsp Sesame Oil
    1 Tbsp Rice Vinegar
    1 Tbsp Lite Soy Sauce
    1 Tbsp Brown Sugar
    1 Clove Garlic (grated)
    .5 Tbsp Ginger Root (grated)

Tips

Top with toasted sesame seeds and/or green onions.


Directions

Mix all ingredients (except salmon), and then marinate the salmon for 30 minutes. Broil on a wire rack over a lined baking sheet for 10-12 minutes.
