Ingredients

    200 g Potatoes (small w/skin), 1 red ripe tomato, 1 small red pepper, 4 slices of chicken salami, 100 g mini mushrooms (canned), chives, oregano, 3 tbsp parmesan

Directions

Cut potatoes in half, tomato, salami & pepper in pieces, chop chives. Put eveything together in a casserole, add mushrooms, oregano, butter and a pinch of salt & pepper. Then top it with parmesan and bake it in the pre-heated oven at around 200 Celsius for approx 30 min.
