    Chicken breast-boneless, skinless (2-3 pcs)
    1-Can of Black Beans
    1-Can of Corn
    1 package of taco seasoning
Lettuce, salsa, and cheese for garnish

1. Cut up raw, defrosted chicken breasts into bite-sized cubes.
2. Place cut up chicken in a large pan and cook until chicken is no longer pink.
3. Add in seasoning mix. (You may need to add some water-no more than 1/4 cup or mix will be runny.)
4. Add (1) can of corn and (1) can of black beans, stir.
5. Cover and let simmer for about 5 mins.

Prepare tacos with 1/2 cup of chicken mix and garnish as desired with lettuce, salsa, and cheese.

Mix also good as toppings for tostadas, filing for burritos, and for taco salads!
