Ingredients

2 - 5 ounce cans of tuna packed in water
    1 hard boiled egg (chopped)
    1/4 cup of diced celery
    1/4 cup of diced onion
    3 tablespoons sweet relish
    1 tablespoon dill relish
1 tablespoon Kraft Miracle Whip (light)
    2 tablespoon light Mayo
10 Keebler Toasted crackers or saltines

Tips

Some of my family likes sweet relish & mircle whip salad dressing and some like dill relish & mayo so I ended up using both. I think Starkist put out a tuna salad kit that had finely crushed crackers in it to be added to the salad which my family liked so I add the crackers to our homemade salad, this also helps with the moisture that sometimes occurs with tuna salad after a day or two.

Directions

Chop hard boiled egg, celery and onion. Crackers should be finely crushed, so place in food processor or baggie to finely crush. Drain 2 cans of tuna fish and place in bowl. Add all the other ingredients and mix well. Best served after it has chilled for at least an hour.
