Introduction

I made this resipe for my mom's birthday and we all loved it. As stone fruit are in season right now, this is a great way to use them! I made this resipe for my mom's birthday and we all loved it. As stone fruit are in season right now, this is a great way to use them!
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    2 Nectarines or peaches
    4-5 apricots
    4 plums, different colours
    3-4 tsp sugar
    2ts vanilla sugar
    juice and zest of 1 orange
    1 stick of cinnamon
    optional: about 100 mls of Grand manier, Whiskey or Brandy

Tips

I like to top vanilla ice cream with the still warm fruit!


Directions

cut the fruit into uneven pieces and top with the sugar,vanilla sugar, orange zest and juice and the cinnamon. Mix it all in a deep baking tray (like a brownie tray) top with the alcohol if you like and bake it for 15-20 min in a preheatd oven on 200°C. Top a glass of vanilla ice cream with the warm fruit and syrup
