3 tbsp crushed corn flakes
1 tbsp nonfat milk
seasoning slat to taste
garlic salt (or powder) to taste

I divided this into 3 servings (1 ounce each serving) so that it's easy to log calories based on how many ounces of fake fried chicken you ate.
Directions
Dredge the chicken strip through the flour, dip in the milk, and then bread the chicken with crushed corn flakes until fully covered.
Put "breaded" chicken strip on a non-stick pan.
Bake on 400 degrees F for ~20 minutes.
