Ingredients

    1/2 C. Park Skim Ricotta Cheese
    1/2 C. Fat Free Ricotta Cheese
    3 tsp Calorie-free sweetener or 2 TBSP confectioner
    sugar
    1/2 tsp Vanilla Extract

    Fruits or Berries of choice

Directions

Combine first four ingredients and process until smooth. The website says to use a blender, I just use a hand mixer.

Divide the ricotta cream between two serving dishes and top with fresh fruit.

Serving Size: Makes 2 half Cup servings
