Ingredients

    Flour, whole grain, 1 cup(remove)
    *Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 2 cup(remove)
    Granulated Sugar, 0.25 cup(remove)
    Salt, 1 tbsp(remove)
    Mashed Potatoes, dehydrated, 3 Tbsp
    Butter, unsalted, 0.25 cup(remove)
    Egg, fresh, 1 large(remove)
    Yeast, bakers, 2 tsp
    1 Cup of Hot water

Directions

Put all ingredients, leaving a well for yeast on top in bread machine. Mix on the dough setting. WHen finished divide dough in half and place into 2 bread pans, let rise until doubled in size. Bake @ 350 for 15-20 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 32 servings, 16 servings per a loaf (2 loaves)
