Ingredients

2.5 cups White Lily Bread Flour
    1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Red Star Nutritional Yeast
    2 Tbsp. Brown Sugar (packed)
2 Tbsp. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
.5 cup Quick (instant Quaker Oatmeal
2 Tbsp. Sue Bee Clover Honey

Directions

Mix the flour, salt, yeast, and brown sugar into a bowl, first. Next, mix 2 tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil into 1 1/3 cups of warm water (not too hot, or it will kill the yeast) into a container. Then, gradually add a little of the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients while stirring. Add it little by little until the whole mixture is moist. Let it set for an hour. Spray hands and bread pan with cooking spray. Fold dough and shape it into the bread pan. Let it rise until it doubles, which may be about 1 1/2 hours. Cook the bread for 30 minutes at 350 degrees. Enjoy!
