Ingredients

    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tbsp
    Ginger Root, 1 slices (1" dia)
    Japanese Persimmons, 5 fruit (2-1/2" dia)
    *Pinenuts, Trader Joes Dry Roasted Pinenuts (30g), 0.25 cup
    Brown Sugar, 1 cup, packed
    Honey, 2 tbsp
    Peppercorns, black, 1 tbsp
    Water (24oz)

Directions

1. Brewing the dried persimmon, ginger, peppercorns, and cinnamon stick together over the low heat.
2. Strain it after all the aroma is brewed out of the ingredients about an hour or two.
3. Add some brown sugar and honey.
4. Cool it in the refrigerator until it is completely chill.
5. Serve in a cup or little bowl with floating pinenuts.
