Ingredients

    I pkg Jimmy Dean reduced fat pork sausage, browned and drained
    1 can Pillsbury reduced fat crescent rolls
    3/4 cup Kraft 2% milk mexican blend shredded cheese
    5 large eggs
    3/4 cup nonfat milk
    salt, to taste
    pepper, to taste

Directions

Spray 9x13 pan with Pam. Line bottom of pan with unrolled crescent rolls. Sprinkle cooked sausage over crescent rolls. Sprinkle cheese on top of sausage. Whisk eggs, milk, salt and pepper in bowl and cover rolls, sausage and cheese. Bake in 400 degree oven for 20-25 minutes.
