    I went to the Nutritional Breakdown and found:
    Paprika, (3.50 tsp)
    Fennel seed, (1 tsp)
    Pepper,(1 tsp)
    Salt, (1 tsp)
    Garlic powder, (0.50 tsp)
    Pepper, red or cayenne, (0.25 tsp)

    You used more paprika than I did, but I used more garlic and fennel than you did.
    Mixed with Ground Turkey--YUM!
