Ingredients

    - 1 c cubed soft tofu
    - 4 tbs olive oil
    - 3 tsp fresh lemon juice
    - 1 tsp apple juice concentrate
    - 1/4 tsp sea salt

Directions

1. Place the tofu, olive oil, lemon juice, apple juice, and salt in a blender. Cover and blend unitl smooth.

2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.

Serving Size: makes 1 cup (svg size 2 tbs)
