Ingredients

    Watercress, 4 cup, chopped (remove)
    Red Potato, 300 grams (remove)
    Onions, raw, 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Garlic, 2 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Pacific Natural Foods Natural Free Range Chicken Broth, 1 cup, 2 serving (remove)

Directions

heat oil in pot.
Add chopped onions and garlic, simmering for about 5 minutes.
Add chicken broth and potatoes, cooking potatoes until soft, about 15 minutes.
Add chopped and stemmed watercress.
Let cool, then serve whole or puree until smooth.
