Ingredients

    1/2 to 3/4 c butter
    1 1/2 c brown sugar (i use a mix of golden and demerra)
    2 c raisins
    2 tbsp heavy cream (optional)
    2 eggs
    1 pkg frozen ready-to-bake tart shells

Directions

add all ingredients except raisins into bowl and beat with egg beaters ( I usually soften butter in microwave ) until all looks frothy, then add raisins and spoon into uncooked tart shells. Bake @ 325 degrees until shells are golden brown, approx. 20-25 min.
